By accessing or using EquiSchedule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EquiSchedule provides a scheduling platform for equestrian trainers and their clients. The Service allows trainers to manage their schedules, clients to book lessons, and facilitates invoicing between parties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Fees

The Service requires a monthly subscription fee of $2.00 per month for trainers and clients. Groom accounts are free and provide view-only access. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

Lesson cancellation policies are set by individual trainers. Users agree to abide by their trainer's cancellation policy. EquiSchedule is not responsible for disputes arising from lesson cancellations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EquiSchedule and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

EquiSchedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Equestrian activities involve inherent risks, and EquiSchedule is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during riding lessons.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
