How much does EquiSchedule cost?
EquiSchedule costs just $2/month for both trainers and clients. There are no hidden fees, setup costs, or transaction fees. You get full access to all features.
How do payments work?
Trainers can generate invoices with one click at the end of each month. Clients receive the invoice and can pay directly through the platform. Funds are deposited directly into the trainer's bank account or QuickBooks.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do clients find their trainer?
Trainers can share a unique link with their clients, or clients can search for their trainer by name or barn location. Once connected, clients can see the trainer's availability and book lessons directly.
What's the cancellation policy for lessons?
Trainers can set their own cancellation policies. The default is 24 hours notice for a full refund, but trainers can customize this in their settings.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and storage. We never share your personal information with third parties.
Can I block off time for shows or personal days?
Yes! Trainers can easily block off time for horse shows, vet visits, farrier appointments, vacations, or any other reason. Blocked times won't appear as available to clients.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
